Product must be in its original packaging. Q: What if I purchased the wrong part number or finish? A: Returns are subject to the return policies. Return your Trim By Design product in its original packaging to the store, along with proof of purchase (original sales receipt) for reimbursement or replacement. As store policies may vary considerably, Trim By Design can only be responsible for replacing product or product components when the issue concerns a warranty claim.
